The biotechrabbit One Step RT PCR Kit provides an easy and efficient way to perform in one step both the reverse transcription of RNA and the cDNA amplification. RNA template, primers and pure PCR grade water are the only reagents to be supplied by the user. The 20x RT-RI Blend - a blend of an efficient thermostable Reverse Transcriptase and of Proprietary Ribonuclease Inhibitor ensures high yields of cDNA . The 2x One Step Mix which contains unique Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂ and stabilizers in an optimized buffer provides high PCR product yields with minimized backgrounds even from minor template amounts or from just a few copies. The PCR enhancers included in the mix allow for an efficient amplification of complex templates including GC or AT rich ones.
